FastTrack Desktop v9.1 release
Development never ceases as the 2008 version 9.1 shows. Already receiving positive feedback from the clients enrolled in our beta programme v9.1 is packed with new features and improved enhancements. On release, you will be able to create even greater workflow efficiencies and time-savings for your business.
Major highlights in Desktop v9.1
Fresh user interface
- Experience a refreshed new look and feel to FastTrack products – SkillsBase & Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Payroll Manager and Integrated Ledger. The redesign presents a contemporary and intuitive interface, without compromising on product features, so you can continue to benefit from new and existing functionality. In addition, to assist with the generation of emails from within FastTrack products, a new and improved interface has been included to allow for the creation and sending of HTML formatted emails.
Enhanced Candidate & Client Management
- Management of Candidate and Client records has been improved so that you can categorise and colour those records requiring special treatment. Search by these categories for speedy access to priority Clients and Candidates.
- Quickly and easily ‘walk’ a Candidate list from a Candidate search.
- Save time by easily accessing Job Orders from the Candidate’s work history.
Improvements to Outlook Extensions
- Quickly add Job Order comments from incoming mail to track communication relating to the specific Job Orders within SkillsBase, plus Job Order comments are fully searchable.
- Now you can easily add SMS reply emails as Client contact or Candidate comments straight from your Inbox.
- You have now even more control over when Candidate and Client comments are created from outgoing Outlook mail.
Improved Job Post features
- Take advantage of SEEK’s stand out advertisements within Job Post. Job Post allows you to include a video display window, logos of your choice and enter ‘Standout headlines’ to your ad and new salary type definitions.
- Select international locations for advertisements posted to MyCareer.
- Application emails generated from the registration page now contain the advertised position title in the subject and the sender’s “from” address, making it easier to distinguish email applications in your Outlook Inbox.
- Additional mandatory email address and contact number fields on the FastTrack registration page now give you added control over the type of contact information received.
- Post jobs to multiple Micro Sites expanding your online advertising reach.
- User Creation and Maintenance is now maintained in SkillsBase giving greater integration and accessibility.
- A new Site Agreement model will allow improved management of multiple Agreements for each job board and each brand.
Importantly, changes to the format of payment summaries and TFN declarations have been made in Recruitment Payroll Manager to reflect government legislation, ensuring you remain ATO compliant.
The Desktop v9.1 upgrade will be available to clients who are subscribed to FastTrack’s Maintenance program. Further information regarding the release dates will be announced early next year.
