Continued industry growth has seen leading recruitment software provider, FastTrack, expand its business and workforce by 40 per cent over the past 12 months.
In particular, growth in various sectors of the recruitment industry has played a substantial role in FastTrack’s expansion. Additionally, a rise in industry acquisitions has intensified the need for companies to invest in a more integrated and robust software solution.
FastTrack has added more than 20 new staff with specific emphasis being placed on customer service and account management. Currently employing over 70 staff, the company has experienced growth larger than any other recruitment software provider.
FastTrack recognise that the combination of sustained industry growth and the ability of software to rapidly process tasks have seen a rise in the volume of responses and complexities for recruiters.
