FastTrack Client Support over the Summer Break and Changes to Business Operating hours in 2009.
We know that the end of year doesn’t mean recruitment takes a break. With this in mind, FastTrack Client Services will remain open throughout the holiday period.
FastTrack is committed to client service and we recognise the importance of being able to answer your calls and queries over the end of year break. The Service Desk will however be closed on the following national public holidays:
• Thursday 25th December, 2008
• Friday 26th December, 2008
• Thursday 1st January, 2009
Importantly, please be advised that from 1 January, 2009, FastTrack’s standard operating hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm AEST.
Clients with existing After Hours agreements will continue to be supported according to the current arrangements.
In an initiative to improve the support experience, we have supplemented the FastTrack support team with knowledgeable resources from our Professional Services team. We anticipate that clients will experience efficient solutions and improved closure times with these additional resources.
