Background
Like most start up recruitment businesses, People Equity did not have a team of IT or administration personnel at its disposal to help lay its foundations. Consequently, an early priority was to cement those systems that could enhance productivity but also free consultants from tedious administration duties.
It was recognised that a robust, all encompassing recruitment solution was required to assist with People Equity’s day-to-day recruitment activities. As explained by co-director, Murray Noble, “recruitment software capable of providing powerful database search tools, diary functionality and candidate / client correspondence efficiencies was critical”.
Useability was also vital, “the chosen system needed to be abridged and capable of providing our team with a timely approach. Having no administration person to handle time consuming processes, efficiency was non-negotiable” Noble said.
The Solution
